Lotus Walk

Lotus Walk project located in the middle of Şişli and Nişantaşı, the first districts that come to mind when it comes to Istanbul. Lotus Nişantaşı, which is located in the heart of Halaskargazi, Rumeli and Valikonağı streets, is an extensive project that consists of residences, offices, hotels and shopping centers. Bertuğbey Construction, the architectural designer, and Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, the contractor of the project, will add a different color to Nişantaşı, the most prestigious spot of the city. Lotus Nişantaşı, spreading over a land of nine thousand square meters, has a total construction area of 97 thousand square meters. Lotus Nişantaşı project involves the renovation of the old monuments in the area and it is designed to be in harmony with the traditional architecture of this historical district of Istanbul.
